RTL Approved Subcontractor Terms:
Contact RTL before starting any RTL customer-requested work.
- Work proceeds only after PO approval
- Provide labour hours, assessment time, and parts list (RTL can supply parts if needed)
- Submit a repair summary after completion
- Extra work requires prior RTL approval — unapproved work won’t be reimbursed
Contractors / Auto Electricians working on RTL Equipment:
- All requests for assistance must be made by form only
- 15 mins complimentary consultation provided
- Further support requires a PO – rate $125 + GST/hour
- Contractor is fully responsible for their own work; RTL holds no liability
- RTL may contact the customer directly if health or safety issues are identified
