Subcontractors carrying out work on RTL equipment for RTL customers.
The terms and conditions for a subcontractor to provide technical support, repairs and or service/
maintenance to RTL customers, for which a subcontractor seeks reimbursement from RTL.
The process is as follows:
- Subcontractor to contact RTL prior to undertaking the work actioned by a customer.
- RTL will authorise an assessment for 30mins at a pre- agreed rate and a Purchase Order number will
be provided by RTL.
- Any work to be carried out following the assessment will be undertaken in agreement with RTL once
a full quote and description of the work is provided by the subcontractor.
- RTL will provide a PO number for the work at an agreed hourly rate and defined time.
- Any work additional to the agreed rate and hours must be discussed with RTL before proceeding.
- RTL will not reimburse a subcontractor for any work carried out without a Purchase order number.
Contractors working on RTL Equipment at the request of a customer and seeking technical support from RTL
The process is as follows:
- Contractor to contact RTL using our Service Booking form; http://maintenance.rtl.co.nz/maintenance/form.php
- You will be contacted by RTL within 2 hours for a scheduled phone consultation.
- First 15 minutes are complimentary for the same product/issue.
- A purchase order number must be supplied for further technical support
- Standard rates for Technical Support apply at $120.00 excl GST per hour.
- RTL reserves the right to contact the customer directly in the event of any health and safety
concerns with the equipment.
